Rodolphe "Rudy" De Rosee is the Chief Technologist for the Small Spacecraft Technology (SST) program, where he is responsible for the development, implementation, and coordination of the organization’s technology roadmaps and investment strategy, ensuring that investments in emerging capabilities meet future program and Agency mission needs. Rudy first joined the SST program in 2021 as a Program Systems Engineer, performing Systems Engineering functions at the program-level as well as managing small business and academic technology investment portfolios. Prior to that, Rudy worked in a variety of Systems Engineering, Integration and Test, and Project Management roles for NASA Ames missions, such as Aquila-II, Edison Demonstration of Smallsat Networks (EDSN), Network & Operation Demonstration Satellite (NODeS), and BioSentinel. Rudy has also worked at NASA Ames' Mission Design Center supporting many small spacecraft mission concept development efforts. Rudy holds undergraduate and master's degrees in Aeronautical Engineering from the Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine, in the United Kingdom, as well as a master's degree in Space Studies from the International Space University.
